What won't you take?

No hazardous materials — paints, chemicals, fuels, asbestos, or anything the dump won't accept. If you're unsure about an item, ask when you request the estimate.

How do you price it?

By the load and the labor involved. You get a written estimate before I load a single thing — the price we agree on is the price.

Do you donate usable items?

If something's genuinely usable, I'll tell you. What I can't place goes to proper disposal.

How fast can you come?

For turnovers and time-sensitive jobs, call rather than using the form — I'll give you a straight answer on timing.
